Privacy Policy

Your Soul Style will never share any personal information (name, photos, etc.) on public platforms without permission. If an individual is open to us using recorded or photographed content, we will establish this in our initial meeting. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Once a service is purchased, individuals have 48-hours to change their mind. A full refund will be provided with this notice, minus applicable credit card processing fees. After 48-hours, purchases are non-refundable. 

Rescheduling

Individuals must give 48-hours notice for rescheduling. Without such notice, clients will forfeit their service and need to pay total service/package rate if rebooking is desired.

Payment

In order to secure your service, payment for all Your Soul Style packages are due in advance.

Your Soul Style often uses affiliate links when shopping/styling for a client. An affiliate link is a link in where retailers/designers have agreed to pay a commission should a purchase be made from that click-through. The affiliate link does not impact the client.

Travel Fee

An additional $100 fee will be added for clients who live outside NYC by 1-hour or more. Currently, Your Soul Style travels to the 5 NYC boroughs, (select) Hudson Valley areas, New Jersey, Connecticut and Long Island. 

Shipping

Your Soul Style is not responsible for any lost packages and shipments coming directly to your home. It is the client’s responsibility to follow-up with the necessary filing of missing items.

Communication

Communication is a vital part of the Your Soul Style x client relationship which is why follow-up communication is built into each service. Communication is done through text, email or phone. Our response time is quick, typically within a few hours, but please give us 24-hours to get back to you.
